Boulder Cottage – East is adjacent to Boulder Cottage West. Each has 1 Bedroom/Bath, Living room and Kitchen.

A welcome basket with snacks, coffee, tea, and local coupons will be waiting for your arrival. The cottage is fully furnished with everything you could need – as a cook, I love to try out new recipes on vacation! Our kitchen has all the tools and dishes you’ll need to prepare any kind of meal. Don’t want to cook? Many restaurants are within a short drive or walk from the cottage. Or call for take out and enjoy a quiet evening in the refreshing mountain air of our private patio. We have comfortable beds, cozy furniture, and TV/Games/Books to fill your leisure time.

Downtown Colorado Springs is an incredible neighborhood of creative, family-friendly folks! There are numerous corner coffee shops and the nearby downtown area is filled with eclectic restaurants, pubs, galleries and shops.

There is a major bus line 1/2 block from the cottage. The cottage has its own private and secure parking spot. The Colorado Springs airport is a short, 10 minute drive from the cottage.
